One of the murals we created during this trip was titled 'Hard Work is the Essence of Success' in 2020, located on Cooper's Town Elementary in Cooper's Town, Abaco, Bahamas. The school wanted an aquatic themed realistic mural with their school motto above . We painted this one for three weeks battling typical tropical summertime showers. This is our collective design and execution.

Abaco, Bahamas
In 2018, the Bahamas was struck by the devastating hurricane Dorian. The aftermath left the small islands in a challenging state, lacking tourist destinations to stimulate the economy and with limited public infrastructure or emergency public safety net in place. This resulted in the Bahamas becoming an island fighting for survival.
It is against this backdrop of adversity and resilience that our trip with The Goodness Tour took place. In 2020, I had the incredible opportunity to embark on a transformative journey with my friends, Benjamin and Amanda Swatez, from The Goodness Tour, an international organization dedicated to bringing music and art experiences to those facing adversity.

Over the course of two months, we immersed ourselves in the vibrant community of Abaco, forging deep connections with the locals who warmly welcomed us. The experience was truly humbling as we witnessed the profound gratitude of the Abaco community for the new life and inspiration we brought to their town. The power of art, music, and human connection shone brightly during our time in Abaco, reminding us of the incredible resilience and spirit of humanity.
